The Toulouse Blagnac airport lauds LOCKEN service quality

As part of its annual evaluation process of the performance of its suppliers, Toulouse Blagnac airport awarded a score of 17.1 / 20 to LOCKEN group, placing it in the top five.

The evaluation process was put in place by the airport to achieve two objectives, quality and return on investment, since it aims to enhance customer service while improving operating costs. Viewed as strategic by the airport, the LOCKEN service for setting up access control was judged to be perfectly in line with both these objectives.

More specifically, in the various fields, the findings of the assessment highlighted the quality of the partnership with LOCKEN which has been in place for 5 years: reliability of the solution, fulfilment of undertakings and conformity with technical and operational specifications, responsiveness/flexibility and cost cutting.

 Always eager to provide the best level of service, LOCKEN is pleased with this recognition and is committed to pursuing this path of continuous improvement.

Thanks to the Locken electronic keys and cylinders, over 10,000 entries are made at the airport site every day by almost 1,700 users via more than 2,500 doors, gates and automatic systems.
